am i lucky or wad? saw 2 mediacorp artistes this month!!
saw Jesseca Liu today at work!! she came to renew her pass n i spotted her immediately when she was going to another counter n when she stood up n left,i chased after straight away. haha. as usual,i was the only one who took photo with her. she's damn thin n pretty! hahaha. she was supposed to come back at 3pm for collection n she wore a cap instead so no one could recognise her. haha.
this job is so worth it,get to see many foreigners,despite some troublesome ones. n a rare chance to see celebrities! if only those from other countries came. haha.

Something damn funny happened to my colleague ytd. She called a number n it was 329 n so an italian guy came. She asked to confirm he was the right number. "are u 329?" n he replied,"yes i'm free tonight!"
Hahaha!! So freaking funny!!

Walked down the path alone just nw n it made me recall the times. Running n jaywalking to catch the bus,picking up saga seeds,etc. I miss secondary sch! =(

i think it NUS for me? i realised i have been quite slack in considering which school to choose. i dunno wad i'm more interested in. chem or math? i initially wanted chem cos it's more interesting? but now i'm having 'split minds'. i'm only good at organic chem cos it's basically memory but i suck at physical n inorganic. i saw the modules n gosh,it's so scary for both math n chem. hopefully the open house on sat will help me decide which subject to take.

i'm having extra income!! currently teaching a sec 1 gal math n soon sec 3 math. i hope all goes well. i dun really like teaching the gal,not because she's fr normal stream,but i think she doesnt really concentrate when i'm teaching n some things just go out of her ear. the sec 3 guy is my dad's fren's son n i've been to malaysia with him b4 so i guess he's fine. but so weird,teaching a guy! haha.

the stupid influenza A is getting worse each day. most asian countries have cases alr. i hope taiwan doesnt get it. i wanna go there but i'm not sure if shld really go now tt the situation is so bad... =(
oh ya! i served this american lady who flew in to singapore on the 17th n she has flu!!! she was like blowing her nose in front of me! i din dare to ask where went,later offend her. haha. i hope she does not spread her virus to me... but i may have a high possibility of getting flu again. 2 of my colleagues who sit beside me have flu!! one took mc but the other sat beside me for 2 days!! hope my immune system is strong. haha

argh!! i've nv been so embarrassed in my 4 months of work!! i made the most idiotic n silly mistake today!! a british 'couple' came to my counter n she was applying for this long term pass. the guy was about 40 plus? the lady 20 plus. my first thought upon seeing the type of pass was-she's his common law spouse (not married),cos it's very common among angmohs. i was wondering why she gave me her birth cert when i was supposed to get a statutory declaration from them abt their relationship, n when i asked the guy abt it,he looked super puzzled n he said she is his DAUGHTER!!
i was like OMG,SHIT! super paiseh lah,made such a huge mistake! i should have looked at the passport for her age n the guy's name. both of them laughed immediately n the dad was like quite happy cos i make him seem young. my senior was saying dun tell his wife abt it. haha. i could feel my body becoming super hot suddenly lah,dunno if my face was red too cos i could feel the sudden heat. haha.

oh ya,i served a super polite swiss guy ytd,quite charming too. haha. he did not get angry when i told him he did not have this particular letter n his family's passports. usually when i tell other angmohs,their face would immediately be shocked n their tone will become harsh. but this man reacted differently,he was like "oh i'm so sorry,it's my fault,i'll come back tmr." he totally shocked me man. i've met hot tempered swiss pple b4 but he's so much different. i was hoping i would get to serve him today. he came in the morning n winked at me when he went to sit down. so cute man. haha. didnt get to serve him cos his number was called by my senior beside me,but i got to see him anw! haha. a pity he has a wife n 2 kids alr...

anw,i'm gna get a new laptop! SONY CR353G. my dad's fren offered it to him at a super good deal, almost half of the original price i think. hopefully it'll be good to use. it's pink too! not tt i want the colour,think tt's the only one available for him. so i'll have 2 laptops! yay! =)

so amazing! my iphone's finally working! no more blank screen as before! so weird,i charged it last time when the battery was low but nth happened n when i charged it today, the main screen appeared. lucky i din go to the service centre n waste money.

work's been very busy this week,should be due to the public hol this sat. no more health screening today cos of the drop in the level for swine flu,so troublesome with tt. this regular was at my counter n when i asked if he still had his sticker on him,he showed me his file n wow,so many different stickers on it cos he went to many places. so funny lah,too many to differentiate.

i've quite a number of things to do but i keep procrastinating.

start of a new week n it's been hectic today. had to wake up at 6 today cos had to reach work at 7.30 for briefing on the swine flu. free mac breakfast provided thou! haha. because of the stupid swine flu,we have to take temperature 3 times each day. the security is stepped up now,with temperature screening for the public too b4 they enter. MOM is using the scanning thing like wad the news show at the airport lah! so cool man! haha. because of tt we have to take turns to help out downstairs. was sent down for 2 hrs n i helped to key in the data of the pple coming in. this is gonna be on for the rest of the week n the following i guess. lucky got one group of temp staff to help out. so scary when i went back up lah,from zero pple in the morning to 100 in the afternoon. usually can finish work by 4 but today we finished at 4.45,damn late man. hopefully it's not like tt tmr.

n i've finally stopped my driving lesson,or rather quit! thanks to jw for helping me call. told her to help me fake tt i'm gg overseas for a long time. haha. cant stand the instructor anymore!! 3 lessons n all are with her n every lesson all kena scolding from her.super no patience lah,hate her man.now to get a new instructor quickly. hopefully the new one will not be so fierce.

it's may now,2 more months to the end of my contract den enjoy 1 month of waking up late!! cant wait for it!

it's 11.45pm now. having work tmr n i'm still not asleep!

oh ya,the swine flu is the hot topic now. handling foreigners everyday makes my life in danger,especially when i dunno which country they went to b4 arriving in to singapore. we're given sanitizers in case we handle passports from mexico. haha. we even tested mask just in case there was a need to wear. imagine pple seeing us wearing mask,they wouldnt dare to come n yay! free time from work! haha.

hopefully this swine flu can be controlled n i can go on holiday soon...
